You'll be greeted by the fully stocked kitchen to your left equipped with all the necessary ammenities for a great home-cooked meal. Sit at the dining table to make memories over a meal or a family favorite game.

The living room has a couch for lounging in front the Smart TV that has access to many streaming services. The home is also set-up with the best wifi available for our traveling professionals and remote workers.

Down the hallway, the primary bedroom is found to your right and has a comofortable Queen-sized bed and plenty of natural light. The ensuite bathroom is newly updated and remodeled with chic style with a single vanity and a combination shower and tub.

The two other bedrooms can be found across the hallway. One has a double-sized bed and the other has a twin sized bed with a convenient twin sized trudle located underneath for extra sleeping space.

The guest bathroom is located at the end of the hall and has also been newly remodeled with posh taste. It has a single vanity and a combination shower and tub.

The backdoor to the pool is located in the living. We have a pool security door for the safety of our guests. For first time users, the lock can be confusing to operate. Please locate the video we have provided in the digital guidebook for operation and safety instructions.

The sparkling pool is the highlight of this home and has been the backdrop for many amazing fun in the sun memories! The covered patio is great for sharing in a meal around the picnic table in between dips in the refreshing water.

The pool is not heated and none of the pool equipment should be operated by guests. The pool is cleaned weekly on Fridays so please be aware that technicians will be on the property if your reservation falls over this weekday.

If booking on a platform other than Airbnb, before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Turnkey STRs Security Deposit Waiver for Guests

Once you purchase a Turnkey STR Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of your vacation rental property lease agreement.

I. AGREEMENT

A. On behalf of Turnkey STRs, LLC, they have assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives your security deposit up to $500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

B. Turnkey STRs is hereby responsible for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts. Turnkey STRs will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter to include all rules and policies agreed to by you as the Guest.

C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II.EXCLUSIONS

A. This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or loss resulting from:
• Acts of God
• Theft
• Pet caused damages (including cleaning)
• Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
• Loss of use of the vacation rental property
• Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
• Damage to a motorized vehicle
• Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
• This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
• This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
B. Should damages occur due to Your actions and are not covered by this waiver, You are financially responsible for those damages.

III. CONDITIONS

A. Turnkey STRs has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

B. Turnkey STRs reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

E. This waiver is null and void should damages be caused by Your actions stemming from violations of the rules and policies agreed upon prior to occupying the home and you will be required to make the Owner financially whole by reimbursing the total cost of loss (i.e., extra cleaning due to an unauthorized party, theft, unreported damages, etc.)

F. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.

The refrigerator handle fell off within 5 minutes of being there, toilet paper not stocked, several partial rolls, BBQ filthy and gas ran out while cooking on BBQ. Dogs on either side bark all night. We booked for 10 days. The pool was the only benefit. Our 10 year old loved that.

Backyard Beauty!
Hello, it was a very nice house, pleasantly surprised with the backyard and pool! Water temp was really cold lol, but beautifully relaxing. On another note, the primary bedroom needs a new mattress, my husband and I took turns sleeping in the uncomfortable side and woke up with backache. Also needs a full length mirror. And lastly, the back of the stove needs cleaning. My husband pulled out from behind the stove a book and shreddings, not good when you have a gas stove. Thank You, enjoyed our stay and more so visiting our son who is currently at Fort Bliss. Thanks!
