Above and beyond care from service personnel
Excellent service and very friendly staff. Breakfast service person engaged everyone and made sure people had everything they needed. Even provided scissors to snip those nasty packets of syrup and hot sauce that you can't open without great difficulty. Desk person went above and beyond for service. I forgot 6 postcards in my room and she tracked down housekeeping,they found the postcards and offered to mail them.

Had a water leak in the ceiling of my room. When I reported it, they didn’t seem to care. Water was dripping and soaking the carpet just at the end of the bed. Heavy moisture from the wet carpet was evident in the room the whole next day. Hotel didn’t seem to care

Stay away from this place.
Tried three rooms. One had blood stained bedding. One had urine and feces on the toilet seat. One had a big water stain completer with mold on the ceiling. We left rather than move to yet another room. This hotel had homeless looking people walking the halls and lobby. We thought they might be a shelter of some type. Horrible.

It appears the facility was recently remodeled but the 4th floor hallway had no AC. The room AC worked great. Every where new clean carpet except elevators. The carpet there was worn and stained, also the interior doors need repainting. The breakfast was avarage to a lower inn motel. Don't know what happened to Hamptons breakfast, but at one time they had one of the best.

It was easy, super convenient, walmart, food, and gas is all walkable. Parking is easy. Cleaning could be better (old pee stains on back of toilet), bathroom door wouldnt close all the way, and all the pool towels were used. But other than that its not a bad stay. Would stay here again. The guy at the front desk was super nice.

We reserved the room for after the stock car races but they were rained out. We hung out with family and popped fireworks and still enjoyed our stay.
