Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast options were good even though they hadn’t started serving hot breakfast yet. We liked that it wasn’t too crowded, which made our stay pretty quiet. Overall a good, clean and convenient place to stay!

Wonderful updated clean rooms!! Hospitality was great. Terra at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. Fabulous stay, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Only complaint is the noise levels of the hallways with other doors closing can be echoed into your room.

Appears recently remodeled. Oddly modern furniture for mountain town but comfortable. Bathtub extremely slippery. No anti-slip mat offered. Sat morning they were out of breakfast by 7:15 am. Why do hotels not offer a vent fan in all bathrooms?

The property is recently renovated. The rooms were very cute and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

This is my second time staying at this property and the inconveniences I ignored during my initial visit months ago have still not been addressed. The staff member upon arrival was not trained in checking in guests, the elevator is still out of service, the drink machines are all empty, the television power is directly linked to the main light switch, and to top it off there was no hot water for showering. I understand the renovation is ongoing but this hotel is not ready for guests.

It's Elko
The property was decent, but looked like it had a cheap remodel. Fresh paint, new decor, but felt really old. The elevator was broken. It's Elko, not a nice town.
