Room was clean, and even though it was a pet room, there was no residual pet smell or pet hair. Worth it. Around midnight, there was other guest talking loudly in front of our door which set my old pug-dog in bark mode.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Fixtures are worn from years of scrubbing but room was clean. I was home for family business so the room fit my needs for a good bed and warm shower. The motel is still in better shape than my old go to near Raley's that is a national chain and better priced! I would consider staying here again.

Property and room are old and run down. Overall clean, but not very maintained. Raw drywall and drywall compound in the shower. Corroded shower fixtures. Old furniture. However, still clean. No bugs, no dust, no dirt. Just needs to be remodeled. So so at best.

This hotel was an unbelievable value. The price was almost too low to believe. Family run by very courteous people and a breakfast to boot! Would definitely stay again on my drive from CA to UT

The stay was fine. Staff was friendly. One of the cleaners did enter our room after the first night without permission. Took our dirty towels and replaced them and threw away all of our cups didn’t give us more but did nothing else. They really need do not disturb signs so that won’t happen. It was a little upsetting. We waited for one of the staff to apologize for entering our room on accident, or whatever the situation was, and we never heard anything from them. Room was OK. As with any other older hotel, it was dated and some of the linen should probably be replaced, don’t know that I would stay here again.

Thunderbird is right off the main street in east Elko, NV. Elko is a simple town connecting SLCto Reno. There is nothing much going on except casino. The facility is a bit dated, but clean, organized, spacious, and quiet. The hostess is efficient and helpful. The bathroom is well-stocked.

It appears to be in old town, but was clean and quiet. Did not have any unsafe feelings while out for a stroll. Was easy to get in and out of facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable
