We only stayed one night but the stay was perfect. Check in was easy, room was clean and beds were comfy too. The facilities were nice as well and my husband took advantage of the gym. Shopping and dining options nearby as well. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area. Above all the staff is amazing.

The room was huge, with very tall ceilings. It had a little kitchenette with everything!! Even a dishwasher if needed! It also had a room with breakfast items, extra coffee and tons of snacks. Aside from that, it had a borrowing area, with everything from games and video games to large kitchen pots and appliances you could "check out" and take to your room and use. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We kept hearing certain sounds from the ventilation on the ceiling in the bathroom for all nights. There was no sound in the morning, but it started making noise from the evening. At first, we thought the sound was from the faucet of the sink or shower head, but it was from the ventilation. It was like dripping or clicking sound, and consistent. We couldn't sleep when the bathroom door was open, so we kept it closed. It should be repaired.

When we open the door to our room we were hit with a horrible fish smell. One of the beds had a weird pale yellow stain on the comforter. I went down to the front desk and reported the condition of the room. Also, requested a new room. I was told they were sold out and could not change the room. I was just given febreze for the small. Went to Walmart to get linen for the night since the surrounding hotels were also sold out. Hotel did not even offer to compensate me for all the issue with the room.
