Friendly staff, place was easy to find and clean. Some broken tiles in the washroom but overall well kept. Got there in the early evening and after settling in we went out for dinner. Got back around 10 and no lights in the parking lot whatsoever, no parking spots close to the front entrance. Didn’t feel very safe and it’s not just this property, even the mall across the driveway …the roads, no lighting! Otherwise it was fine.

Not up to Radisson standards, or is it?
Was not up to Radisson standards. Toilet was barely off the floor, and for someone with a hip replacement, and another with a bad back made it very difficult. Bathtub had no nonslip traction, again dangerous, and front desk had no solution, we went to local $store and purchased our own. We had to go to front desk every day to ask for towels.

Whoever thought of putting the toilet paper behind the toilet, obviously never use the bathroom. The TV channels seem to be a jumbled mess with no guide anywhere, paper or on the TV. Why we couldn’t get network TV channels didn’t make any sense to us.

At 7:30 PM, I called the hotel to check if my room had a sofa bed, and the representative confirmed it did. However, when I arrived at 12:30 AM, the front desk clerk, Kelly, claimed there was no record of my reservation! Despite explaining I had confirmed my booking earlier, she insisted their system showed nothing. I contacted Expedia, and Amy confirmed I had an active reservation. When Amy called the hotel, Kelly still denied it. Amy arranged a refund and helped book me another hotel. Dealing with this hotel was terrible, but Expedia's agents were empathetic and very helpful.

No room service over the weekend. Had to wait for new towels until they finished the laundry. Had to get ice from the front desk. However we liked that we were given the option for which floor we wanted to stay. Our room was also near the back door so it was convenient for us. The breakfast food was average.
