Office open 9am to 5pm, very limited services. Railway just cross the street, very noisy when a train coming through. Smell in the room, see ants in bed. Will not live here again.

The property is quaint and been around since the 30's. It is super clean and comfortable. It is not a fancy property with lots of amenities, but is "beachy" and close to beautiful North County beaches....lots of towels and comfortable places to sit outdoors on the property, and lots of restaurants and coffee withing walking distance. The price is amazing. I have stayed here 4 times in the last 18 months.

Staff was very nice and access very convenient. I hate carpet and this was clean for someone with beach sand daily!! Its a little noisy from the courtyard but very clean and comfortable and I loved it. the kitchenette is money on a budget!!

Cozy bungalow style rooms. Great location since you can walk to many businesses and even the beach. Loved the bed itself that was very soft and had amazingly soft bedding. Appreciate the soft towels as well. Only issue is the local homeless and mentally ill. Was woken up around 1am with a screaming woman walking infront of the property. Cops arrived to assist her within minutes. And a gentlemen had a nervous breakdown directly behind my kitchen. He screamed until a car passed him by and he went on his way. This lasted a few minutes. Wish the city of Encinitas did more about their homeless problems so businesses weren’t affected.
