I had an overall great experience staying here, but I want to highlight a couple of things for future guests. First, be aware that there are extra charges for services, especially for American visitors. For example, they wanted to charge me $100 for a round-trip ride to the nearest restaurants. Additionally, breakfast is not included in the rate. Instead, they provide a $10 credit per person, but it won’t cover the full cost of your meal. Uber service in the area can be unreliable, so I recommend arranging a taxi or securing a local taxi number in advance to avoid paying extra for transportation. It's a good idea to plan ahead and clarify all potential costs with the hotel to avoid surprises.

There are no TVs in any room which I liked because my husband and I spent more quality time, however the bed in the room was very uncomfortable. There are three resort areas that they make seem to be very close to each other (walking distance) but this is not true, you need a car to get to one of the resort areas. Service at the restaurant is not that good, lack of people skills. Front desk rep was nice.

Wine Resort in Guadalupe Valley
We stayed in the airstream trailers. Mine had NO MIRROR. When the front desk was told about this they just seemed to blow it off rather than offer to provide at least a hand held mirror. This resort is in three different physical locations. Distance between the properties is too far to walk. Each property has different amenities. The one where the front desk is has a bar, and a restaurant for breakfast. The area we stayed in had the trailers, rooms, a pool, the winery and a dinner restaurant. The third area had rooms and the spa. So when making you reservation look at each area. The website does not make it clear. Overall not a bad place to stay except for the mirror. And other than this issue, the staff was helpful and friendly.

No early check in even if room is ready. Limited parking in your designated area. Welcome drinks are limited to their choice. Pool area very limited seating. Have to drive to restaurants in property. I don’t know where to start we arrived half hour early of course they made us wait at the bar so we ordered two drinks there was 5 employees behind the bar socializing 15 minutes later they started making the drinks the water pressure in the room was very low every time someone turned the water on in another room we lost our pressure I could go on but overall it wasn’t good for the price we paid
