Located just 400 meters from the beach, the property offers easy access to various activities and local markets. Book now and enjoy beachfront living in style.

Gourmet area with an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove with automatic igniter, a water cooler with natural and cold mineral water, blender, pressure cooker, general cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils;
Living room with a sofa, a spacious area with a barbecue, a table with six chairs, a granite bench, and two hammocks;
Sink for washing clothes and a clothesline;
External parking, well-located house close to the beach (five minutes) and the main businesses (grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant, bakery, fish market, butcher shop, and other establishments).
In Subauma, currently only the Vivo operator works. We provide Wi-Fi.
