Come and enjoy this fully renovated, bright, modern house with a large garden, close to the shops and services of a village of 1500 inhabitants.
Located about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung sur Loire, you can stay there for family holidays or for professional reasons.
It is an ideal starting point for walking in Beauce, on the banks of the Loire, or to visit the many castles and gardens as well as the Beauval zoo. The single-storey cottage (a few steps to access the entrance) includes a large living room with lounge and equipped kitchen.
4 separate bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds (duvet, pillows) and a bedroom with a 160x200 bed (blanket, bolster and pillows), a separate bathroom (bath, shower, sink), a separate shower room (walk-in shower, sink, toilet) and a separate toilet.
A table is at your disposal for your meals on the terrace (with barbecue and awning) and a lounge is set up in the garden for your aperitifs. Good moments of relaxation in perspective!
Parking in the driveway of the property closed by a gate (for ≈ 3 cars).
Beds made on your arrival. Oil heating (thermostat limited to 19 degrees), water, electricity, wifi and tourist taxes included.
