Good location, clean and friendly. It is a following the sanitary rules for preventing the spread of COVID19 but the breakfast was served in the public area. Bathroom amenities are only one soap and one bag of shampoo.

Reservei um quarto para 3 pessoas, na reserva tinha a informação de uma cama de casal e uma solteiro , porém na verdade a de solteiro era uma sofá cama extremamente desconfortável , este sofá cama ficava inclinado horrível de dormir deverei ser proibido deixar uma pessoa dormir lá .

Ficamos decepcionados nessa última estadia no Ibis Erechim, tivemos problemas com serviço de limpeza de quarto, troca de toalhas e papel higiênico. Pedimos na recepção para fosse realizado a limpeza, porém o pedido não foi atendido. Além disso no café da manhã, os hóspedes necessitavam pedir a todo momento reposições na cozinha, senão o buffet não era reabastecido.
