Many small problems made this stay far below what we have come to expect from the Cobblestone chain. 1. Booked a king bed room only to be told that none were available when we got there. 2. Paid extra for a harbour view room but could not see the harbour over the tall trees. 3. Overcharged for our room and the staff could not explain why. 4. Needed to print a document but the printer was not working. 5. Dialing ‘0’ for the from desk gave a busy signal and never worked. 6. Breakfast advertised till 9:00 am but ran out at 8:15 7. Asked for new towels and bed to be made for 2nd night when we checked in and this request was ignored. Had to go to the front desk and get our own towels. 8. Based on the above 7 items, we won’t stay at this location again.

We came for Homecoming so we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or the open areas. The room was very comfortable and clean, and in a convenient location 10 minutes to Mercyhurst University. Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight.

This hotel has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! It was amazing! The amenities are stunning. Salt water pool, kitchenette in the lobby with a Pizza oven, and frozen pizza, and other frozen dishes available for purchase. Wide open dining area for their hot breakfast. Definitely going to put this hotel on my go to list for stays near Lake Erie! Also, with the Hotels.com app, check in was a breeze. Just a signature, and got the key card, and off to my room. Room rate was incredible given the location next to the marina, an excellent pub/restaurant, and a mile from UPMC Hamot/Magee Hospitals. I asked for a ADA room, and I was not disappointed. Very spacious bathroom as you would hope for. They definitely took it seriously when designing this room. I hope I get a another chance to stay there again soon!
