Room was pretty clean. TV remote was missing. Other hotel guests had lawn chairs on the walkways, playing loud boom boxes. Blocking the public walkway. Seems like they were long term guests but no reason to gather in groups playing music so loud it can be heard across the hotel. Seemed unsafe in this area. The pictures of this place are very misleading. The lobby personnel were friendly during check in.

Got there and it’s nothing like the pictures, it’s disgusting and not safe. i still haven’t received my refund and had to find a replacement place and blow more money then i wanted to. plus the smell of weed is horrendous and i don’t recommend it at all

Rooms were clean and comfortable enough. The complementary breakfast was totally lacking! 1st morning offerings were stale cold cereal, waffles and yogurt, a couple slices of bread. Monday was worse, no bread, no waffle mix and still stale cereal, no hot water for instant oatmeal or hot chocolate. Very disappointed!

The front desk person was great. We were put in a room that the lock was broken off and clearly the door had been kicked in. All other local hotels were booked we requested a new room front desk was great and gave us a new room. However I would definitely not recommend this for family very scary area not up keep at all. The restaurant was great however, they’re not associated with the hotel just in the motel

This hotel is rundown, dirty, subpar and NOT as shown in the website photos! They assigned me the most remote room as far away from the office as it could be and I was checking in as a single woman. The room smelled like cat urine and there was an airfreshener on the airconditioner unit. The door lock had clearly broken off multiple times and was replaced with what was on there then. It didn't feel safe to me. Within 5 minutes of checking in, I went back to the desk to say that I wasn't going to stay. I was charged $50 dollars for a cancellation fee which is REDICULOUS!!

Excessive smell and and mold and water stains in bathroom. We would have left if there was rooms available at other hotels. There was a note on the door stating the pool was no longer accessible and they would cancel your reservation due to that. Do better!!! Very disappointed

I inadvertently booked a smoking room, upon checking in we were given the only non smoking room left. Paint chipped off the wall, filthy floors, toilet was very small and low to the ground, sink counter was also low, bath tub/shower was sub par, room had a damp/musty odor as did all the towels, the foot of one bed wasn't laying flat was inclined, had no housekeeping,, had to request more toilet paper & towels from tne desk, noisy, the pool was closed.

The place was completely filthy, dirt on the floors, my slippers couldn’t even be put in my suitcase. Commode seat had been painted instead of replacing it, the bathtub was dirty, couldn’t even take a shower, found bugs on floor, dirt everywhere on lamps, table top, even the hair dryer, microwave disgusting. Canceled the second night, couldn’t stay there any longer. Place should be shut down. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and never saw such a place. Weeds everywhere around the building. My husband and I are very disgusted. Pictures on web site are deceiving. Very very upset!!!

The bed was comfy. However, I'm sure you already know the place is in need of a serious makeover. The pool being 'out of order' for the rest of the summer isn't helping.
