Anyone who has always wanted to live in a flat equipped with a modern interior for an unrivaled price (for Switzerland) is exactly the right choice for me.
The apartment is located in (upper) Erlinsbach and is located completely separate with house and residential entrance to a multi-family residential building. The home furnishings + furniture has been completely redesigned in 2016/2017. This means: modern newly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, glass ceramic quadrangle, new parquet floor in the living room, new modern tiles in the bathroom (underfloor heating) - and kitchen, in the bathroom, new shower cubicle, mirror cabinet and vanity
Private parking is right in front of the house entrance. The entire apartment is available for guests. In the apartment is a couch that folds out to a bed.
