Stayed for our anniversary in the adult only suite and it was amazing! For a small fee they had rose petals and tea light candles throughout the room. It was clean and quiet. The staff was so nice and gave us a recommendation for a steak house that was so romantic. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean. Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms could use some updating. Several outlets didn’t work and the USB charging ports were broken. We had a nice, relaxing time and would stay here again.

Everyone was very nice, from check in to the breakfast service to every interaction we had with someone. The room was very clean and all was fine. It was fun to see an elk right outside our room.

Staff helpful. Liked the selection of games, movies, s'mores and snow cones. Didn't get to use the outdoor pool or games due to time of year, and snow but all looked fun.

There were multiple Elk and/or Deer outside our room every day. Plenty of options at the continental breakfast. Check in and check out were easy. Staff was friendly. Property could use some updates but not bad if you aren't expecting a lot of amenities.

Excellent location, easy access to the beautiful Estes lake and close to the RMNP. Friendly staff and comfortable beds. We didn’t have time to enjoy the evening entertainment provided. It will be perfect if warm breakfast options are added. Will definitely stay again.

room is dirty and smelly . bath tub has a big patch . Bed making noice . Able to hear sounds clearly from other rooms in the middle of the night . complimentary breakfast is horrible. very limited options and even the ones that r there were very cold . all those were just brought from frozen even bread , bagel , boiled egg too . nothing is fresh .For the price i paid , it’s completely unworthy.

The staff is friendly. Adequate breakfast. Cowboy Rodger singing and telling stories around the bonfire created a great atmosphere. The elk were lowing and bellowing just 20 yards away. Beautiful nights.
