Awesome spot—as good as any major chain or better. Completely updated, well designed, thoughtful, spacious, and clean. Fantastic staff at the desk during the check in and check out process. Pet friendly! So many perks. I’ll be back next time I travel between Seattle and Sacramento. Thanks Maverick!

Convenient basic hotel near the university. It was simple but clean, clearly with some attempts to be trendy as well. It served it's purposes and we slept well.

We were told that breakfast was until 1030a but the lobby was locked up before that. My husband was just there to see what they offered, and nothing was said about closing early. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable time. The office staff at check in was very helpful

It was a great room and nice continental breakfast. Only suggestion is black out curtains to help keep light out from street lights. White curtain but not thick enough to darken room at night.

Stayed here while attending a sporting event at Oregon so it was super convenient to just be able to walk across the street to the arena. This hotel is an older property but has been renovated with kind of a neat southwest style. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

I'd stay again
The place clearly has older bones, but has been updated. Not too bad, I'd stay again. Guy at the front desk check in could have been clearer and friendlier, but acceptable.
