My husband used to live in Springfield the staff didn't believe he doesn't and refused to rent to us. I asked to have reservations in my name I had lits of ID. They said no we couldn't stay even under my name. Wouldn't stay here if they gave me a room for free. They discriminated against me and basically called us liars.

It was easy parking and safe. Not able to walk anywhere due to the stop lights but thats not the hotels problem. The only complaints i had where with the breakfast. Not much to choose from, but its not a restaurant so why be picky.

The hotel is vastly understaffed. I had to wait for the receptionist because the reception was unmanned. The whole property smells like cigarettes and the room was dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable, though.
