I arrived at the hotel about 5:30 and had to wait at the front desk for over 10 minutes before someone was there to help me. There were long black hairs all over the shower walls and there was no hot water. It was just warm enough to take a very quick shower but definitely not hot.

My husband said NEVER again. There was an odor in the building and in the room that bothered him for days. The sheets and towels also had an unpleasant odor. We will look else where when staying the night to fly out if Evansville.

It smells
Everything was great except had to call because neither remote was working. I called and the young man changed the batteries. Rhe room smelled like marijuana, i hate that smell. So I sprayed lysol that i had and sort of worked. it was mostly in the entrance room. Good thing. The thermostat was difficult to start since it was cold, it had a mind of its own. Everything else was good.
