We arrived early and was called once our room was available, so that was a plus, but had 1 major issue, the thermostat in the room was not working properly and my room was extremely hot. I notify staff upon check out and nothing was really addressed with my concern!! So my night sleep was really uncomfortable!!

Stayed on the Tower Side of the casino resort. Much much better quality of room. The King was perfect. The only missing option is more eating options on location. The steakhouse is awesome. The pork chop is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised reading the scalloped potatos. Very very good.
