TheThe hotel was disgustingly dirty the beds were filthy and the staff were supercilious and, I wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay there.
Vile, disgusting, filthy, smelly hotel. Mattresses were absolutely filthy and grubby. The mattress in the bunk was riddled with holes and stains as was the pillow. There was so much filth everywhere. Grime, mould, cobwebs- just basically filthy and hadn’t been cleaned for a long long time. The main entrance doors were covered with months of fingerprints and still had Christmas decorations stuck to the windows and doors. The toilets downstairs stunk and had filth everywhere, hair and dirt all around the toilets. Also we were asked to pay for breakfast even though it was included in the price we paid, he insisted this wasn’t correct but it was definitely on my booking.
We stayed here for two nights, one on the way, and the other on the way back from our holiday.
On the way, the receptionist couldn’t find out booking, then said we only had one room and when he finally found both rooms, tried to charge us when we’d already paid.
The toilets were really dirty and once of the rooms wasn’t very clean.
On the way back, both rooms were really dirty with dirty floors, hair in the sink, and the bed had something unpleasant on the covers.
Very disappointing in comparison with other Hotel F1s we have stayed at, we won’t be staying again.
When we arrived the receptionist stated that we hadn’t booked two rooms. Despite showing my reservation details, he still said we hadn’t booked.
He then tried to charge us for the rooms even though I’d already paid.
The rooms were dirty as were the toilets and shower room.
Having stayed in other F1 hotels before which were excellent, this was disappointing, both in terms of check in and the standard of the rooms.

Although conveniently placed, the hotel is very tired. We'd stayed in F1 a few years ago and found it basic but clean. This one was quite run down and didn't seem to have the infamous cleansing after each toilet and shower use! Perhaps a cost cutting exercise! We stayed on the way down through France and on the way back, purely because of location. Check in the first night took 40 minutes! No explanation, but the guy kept looking at his computer screen tutting about Expedia! He then insisted I pay even though I knew I had prepaid! As usual, there were extremely noisy occupants - not the hotel's fault, but the beds were clean. The code didn't work on one of our rooms, so the guy pulled it off the wall and disappeared! I had to get quite firm and ask for another room as we needed to head out.

Nuit calme et reposante malgré réel manque d hygiène. Sol sale balai ou aspirateur certainement pas passé pieds sales. Manque de lumière dans un WC. Deux douches sur quatre avec de l eau froide, les deux autres des étuves. Rampe escalier collante et marches escaliers collantes aussi. Juste personnel agréable ce matin pour le petit déjeuner.
La verdad es que horrible. Te cobran las toallas cuando en la web pone que son gratuitos. Llamas a hotel.com y te dicen que es lo que hay y que tienes que seguir pagando aún que el hotel no te dan los servicios que has pagado. Decepción por parte del hotel y de Hotels.com (y no hace falta ni hablar de las cucarachas que hay en las duchas y baños)
