Welcome to our modern stylish ground floor apartment in the heart of Exeter city centre. The spacious open plan living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Located in the affluent area of Southernhay, this apartment is within walking distance of the best dining, shopping and entertainment the city has to offer. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it is a perfect base from which to explore or work in the city centre. Complimentary use of the well equipped gym is included when staying (6am-10pm)
The space
Our apartment has a bright and spacious open plan living/dining area/kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms. Accessed through a secure code entry only main entrance, our apartment is on the ground floor and easily accessible.
Bedroom 1: A bright and modern room which has a comfortable double bed with en-suite shower room and built in wardrobe, which offers plenty of hanging space for clothes and storage. Towels are provided.
Bedroom 2: A spacious room with lots of natural light with zip link beds, which can be configured as a king bed or two single beds. A built in wardrobe offers storage and plenty of hanging space. Towels are provided.
Main Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and WC, mirror, heated towel rail and bathroom cupboard for storing essentials.
En-suite Bathroom: A modern shower room with a wet room style shower, sink and WC, heated towel rail, mirror and bathroom cupboard for storing essentials.
Kitchen: A modern well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge freezer, kettle, microwave & toaster.
Open Plan Living/Dining Area: A spacious room with lots of natural light makes this a perfect social hub of the apartment. The dining table accommodates 6 guests, the sofas are positioned to create a space to relax and watch tv, entertain and chat, or unwind after a days work or exploring the city. The table doubles up as an ideal work space.
Location: Our apartment is in the Southenhay Gardens area of Exeter City Centre, a short walking distance to Exeter Cathedral, city centre shops, restaurants, bars and workplaces, transport links (Exeter Central or Exeter St David's train stations, Exeter bus station), a short drive to Exeter Airport and close to Exeter University. It is a perfect central base for those working in the city, having a city break, attending events that are on in Exeter or visiting family in the area but needing their own place to stay at. Paid parking is available close by.
