Comfortable family holiday home! This three bedroom two bathroom holiday home in Exmouth has an enormous outdoor living area as a bonus. There's room to sleep 8 people and boat parking!

Older style norwester family holiday home with polished Jarrah floorboards and well equipped with all you will need. Cobia has three bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed and single bed, third room has another queen bed. There is also another single bed in the sleep out. Sleeping a total of eight people!

Fully fenced, pets allowed with prior approval and close to the Exmouth town centre. Great parking for boat with boat turnaround area. Cobia is a real 'home away from home'.

All linen and bath towels provided. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.

This family holiday home property is self contained.

Booking Restrictions:

To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following booking conditions:

Easter:

Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).

Christmas:

Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).

Dogs are only considered on request and acceptance of the Pet Policy see details below:

Pet/Dog Policy:

No cats, 2 dogs maximum (no puppies). Includes visiting dogs.

•Dogs are not permitted inside the property without prior approval from management. Please contact us to discuss.

•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.

•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable and the Ranger may be called should this occur.

•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.

•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on furniture at any time.

•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised at any time. Pets are not permitted into the Cape Range National Park, should you be travelling for the day then please arrange for a pet sitter.

•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.

•Guests must dispose of all pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.

•Guests should ensure the arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.

•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on the lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.

Fantastic family unit close to central Exmouth
The set up of this home was perfect for our family of adults plus a teenager - plenty of space to have own quiet place, if needed. Facilities are terrific and everything is supplied that is needed for a stay. House is very clean and tidy. A great home-away-from-home for a holiday in sunny Exmouth. Can walk to the shopping centre and local hotels.

Perfect place to stay in exmouth with a big group. Plenty of rooms and each had their own aircon. Great outdoor area with a bbq. Plenty of space to park cars and boats. Close to the centre of town and shops!

Great place for larger families or small groups, well set up for anyone who is in Exmouth for fishing or diving with great outdoor space, comfortable rooms and aircon throughout. Big fish filleting platform out the back is a bonus.

Great spot lots of room.
Fabulous location near the shops. Very spacious rooms. Air con units everywhere, house is super cool. Outdoor area is crazy big and good for sitting back and relaxing. Lots of fridge ( 2 )freezer storage, chest freezer included which is what you need for larger families. Super handy to freeze drink bottles for outdoor exploring around the area. Like any older style home the plates and cutlery are mix up which adds to the rustic charm of the place. Knives were sharp which is a first for any holiday home I’ve been too. Lots of cook wear so don’t pack the whole kitchen. Towels and bedding all clean and not worn out. Will definitely stay agaiin

Great Exmouth house, wooden floor boards and great entertainment area. The house is old but beds are clean and comfy. Walk to the shops and plenty of parking at the house.

The house was great for two families. Fully equipped with everything you could need, lots of space, great verandah and outdoor area, lots of parking. Shower was fantastic! A few creaky beds but nothing we couldn't overcome!

Plenty of space and close to town
We had a lovely time at Cobia, enjoying the massive outdoor deck and the short walk to town. Plenty of car parking, space indoors, a lovely garden filled with frangipanis and a handy sink outside for cleaning fish/salty gear. Had a ball and would certainly return!
