Getaway Villa 38-1 ticks all the boxes. Modern, spacious, fully furnished, self-contained 1x1 apartment, within a holiday village. Ideally located in the heart of town, it is a short walk to most attractions. Comfortable, quiet, and affordable, it is the perfect getaway for couples or business people, who wish to see what Exmouth has on offer at a competitive price and a touch of luxury. Free high speed reliable NBN Wi-Fi and parking are available.

Babies/toddlers are welcome and catered for. This apartment is also disabled friendly.
Designed for two adults, but babies and toddlers can be catered for on request. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable, are both heat and sound insulated, and have split air conditioners and overhead ceiling fans to easily combat very hot days.

You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

This property ticked all the boxes for us. Very spacious, well appointed, clothes line just outside esp as we had our own washing machine. Decor was fresh and kitchen great for preparing meals. Bed very comfy too. Bathroom looks recently refurbished but although there is a little trolley and a tiny wall cabinet, there isn't really anywhere to spread toiletries. Also be prepared for very little water pressure in shower and the bathmat will be absolutely soaked after every shower (open without hob and water tends to flow out. Not a disaster). Great restaurant/cafe over the road and groceries a minutes drive down the road along with other handy stores for tours, camping, newsagent, chemist etc

For us, visits to the Ningaloo only require a room to sleep, clean up and head back out. This was perfect for that.
