Getaway Villa 38-2 ticks all the boxes. It is a modern, spacious, fully furnished, self-contained 1x1 apartment, within a holiday village. Ideally located in the heart of town, it is a short walk to most attractions. It is comfortable, quiet, and affordable, and the perfect getaway for couples or business people, who wish to see what Exmouth has on offer at a competitive price and a touch of luxury. Free high speed reliable NBN Wi-Fi and parking are available. Babies/toddlers are welcome and catered for.

Living area comprises of a full modern kitchen with most appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils, and a comfortable lounge area.
Bedroom has a king bed (can be spilt into singles if requested)
Full bathroom also houses a washing machine and drying rack with a shared clothes hoist nearby.
Living area furnishings include a dining table and chairs, a 2 lounge chairs and a large TV.

Alfresco area in front with an electric bbq, table and chairs.

There is secure parking for a car and boat / trailer close by.


All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Had great time Exmouth it self just gets better every time I holiday in this region.
The property was sufficient to requirement and was reasonable value for the amount money I paid per night. One of the recliner chairs doesn’t work needs a new release cable. Can be obtained from Spearwood furniture give hem a can and I’m sure they will pop one in the post for the owner. Would be a idea to check on your cleaners every now and then. A little bit of care is needed with the little things.Like a bit of drain cleaner down the drain in the bathroom as the Dirty drain stunk out the main bed room. Don’t worry I fixed it with a quick trip down to the hardware. The kitchen tidy needed a wash out instead of just putting plastic bags on top of this black Sticky mess (fish sauce) any way all good cleaned my self went down to IGA and bought some rubbish bags, job done. My wife was telling me off for letting the blow flies in while she was preparing food ,turns out there is a 3/8” gap under the fly wire door, didn’t have my cordless drill with me as I could fixing this as well. “ I’m a happy wife happy life man to easy.” Anyway not the end of the world. All in all a great place to stay and we will be back and Recommend Getaway villas to our Family and friends. Regards one happy camper Robert.Devine
