This is my 4th stay with this Spark by Hilton and for the most part I have had excellent rooms. However, I noticed the shower floor was quite stained. This was a bit disconcerting.

Excellent Hotel Stay
Chose this hotel as we were having work done on our house. Stayed for a work week. Chose it based on other reviews and location. So glad we did. The hotel has spacious clean and newly refurbished rooms. Lots of pillows, storage space, comfortable beds. Appreciated the wet bar facility. Front desk staff friendly and the lobby is bright, spacious and clean. Yes the breakfast could have been better, but we are not big breakfast eaters, plus, that would increase the price. There are places nearby to pick up a hot breakfast if you really want it.

This property is totally mismanaged. The staff needs to be retrained, the rooms and amenities properly maintained and fixed. It looks like they started the renovation but at some point ran out of funds and never finished.

It's a simple budget chain that gets a business trip stay done! However, I do feel the property is somewhat undermaintained in that some of the wallpaper has started to lift (very early on) in the rooms. The A/C units in some rooms are rather old. If you're facing the street, you can hear the traffic throughout the day.
