White walls and shutters as blue as the sky: SANTORINI will surprise you from its facade, a mixture of the colors of Greece and the typical houses of the Leventina Valley!
This two-bedroom apartment with mezzanine can accommodate up to 4 people, and is ideal for couples or groups of friends, lovers of sport and nature. The view of the mountains will be breathtaking both from the windows of the apartment and from the green garden: deckchairs, dining table and barbecue are at your disposal in the summer.
The chalet-style welcome is immediate from the living room, where wood is the protagonist: the dining table for 4 is perfect for lunches and dinners with friends, and the sofa awaits you for evenings of chatting after a day of hiking!
The house is heated with a fireplace and a pellet stove: the mountain atmosphere is guaranteed!
The separate kitchen, with a modern induction hob, is fully equipped for preparing meals: you will love cooking while admiring the glimpse of nature from the small window! There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. The first is on the ground floor, while the second bedroom is accessed via a wooden staircase that leads to the attic.
The bathroom is complete with a hydromassage bathtub/shower: it will be your relaxing corner after a day of trekking and sports!
You will also have access to the cellar, where you can store your sports equipment and use the washing machine and dryer.
WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!

What's nearby: 
Anzonico dominates the left side of the Leventina Valley: here there is a splendid panoramic view of the Lower Leventina. Paved lanes, stone or wooden terraced houses give the village a timeless charm. The famous Strada Alta passes through Anzonico, the popular ridge hike from Airolo to Bodio Biasca that leads to around 1000 m passing by some of the most beautiful mountain villages in the valley and can be covered on foot in two or three daily stages. From Monday to Saturday in Anzonico there is a grocery store open selling basic necessities: "Noemi's shop" - Natel: 079 830 42 44. In Anzonico you can taste the typical dishes of the area at the Osteria Anzonico. Faido, reachable in 15 minutes by car: here you will find 3 supermarkets, a famous bakery that produces typical products, 2 pharmacies, a butcher's shop and a dairy store selling local  products. Among the most visited natural landscapes in the area there are the wonderful Piumogna waterfalls, very popular with tourists in summer. For mountain lovers, there are many trekking routes on the peaks of Pizzo Pettine, Pizzo Molare, Pizzo Forno and Carì, famous for its very popular ski area during winter.

How to arrive: 
From the A2 motorway, reach exit 43 Faido-Carì, towards Lavorgo. Continue for 8 km, passing Lavorgo. 
If you are by train, go to Lavorgo station (train direction Erstfeld). From Lavorgo station take the postbus bus n.124 towards "Sobrio, Paese" for 6 stops and get off at the “Anzonico, Paese” stop.

Relaxed mountain apartment
Apartment with good atmosphere and view! Good place to relax in the mountains and for hiking parts of the Alta Strada. Cute little village with a restaurant and very small shop where you can order bread. The outside terrace area is also used by the owners of another part of the building. Very friendly people, during our stay they were there during the weekend.
