There was no restroom in the lobby for my grandkids to use before we were able to FINALLY get in a room. The worst was the homeless people, the other patrons at the hotel, and the stench of marijuana. I didn’t feel safe. BUT the staff , both when I checked in at 4:30 and before I left at 9:30 the following morning excelled in customer service!!

The elevator was very outdated. Homeless people living in their car in the parking lot. The breakfast was not what I expected. I opted for breakfast at the gas station. I will not stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay with a couple of exceptions. The pool and spa were out of order and the only ice machine was also out of order. I was on the third floor and had to use the elevator because I'm disabled and every time I prayed I'd make it to where I needed to go. It sounded like it was on it's last leg. The employee at the front desk was wonderful. Very pleasant. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. No orange juice. Just bagels. A full breakfast should have a lot more than that. Coffee was good.

Linda We stood 3 nights beds weren't comfortable.We expected to use pool or Jacuzzi wasn't available , there was only one ice Machine for whole property.. Breakfast wasnt like most places I've been. Wanted waffles or eggs. .Just was disappointed..Did enjoy everything we. Needed food stores they were close by that was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay here. The was clean and the beds were comfortable. The first room we occupied the a/c had stopped work. I went to the front desk and they immediately gave us another room (no hassle).
