We were put in room 214......beneath the window was a transformer that HUMMED ALL NIGHT making it super difficult to sleep. Wanted to let desk clerk aware, however with only one person working the desk was unable to because she was busy dealing with a young man for quite a while & we were on a time constraint, so we left without being to make the hotel aware of the inconvenience.

The hotel room itself was fine, actually quite nice. The hotel cable system was terrible. We were never able to locate any of the channels given on either of the two channel guides we were given. Frustrating. The lobby and common areas were being renovated, but did not affect our stay.

Great hotel, horrible service from hotels.com

The hotel was great. I would NOT recommend using hotels.com to book anything after the stay however. I spent almost an hour attempting to extend the stay for one more night and hotels.com apparently does not have that ability. The hotel apologized even though it was not their fault. Hotel was great, hotels.com service was horrible.

Nice comfortable room

The main lobby was under construction but the staff made me feel welcome. The breakfast was still available even if the floors weren't finished being tiled. I expect it will be completed in a couple of weeks.
