The Antico Casale Del Buono, has APARTMENTS for 4/5 people, in a splendid 18th century farmhouse, renovated, situated in a panoramic position in Torremezzo di Falconara Albanese about 200 meters from the sea. A more characteristic place, full of personality, different from modern homes. The structure, with private parking, garden with terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, deck chairs, barbecue, WIFI, laundry area, is near the beach and attractions.
The ancient dwellings of the settlers who once worked the land of the Antico Casale Del Buono, today host 3 apartments on 2 levels connected by a wooden staircase.
The first level consists of kitchen / living room (equipped), TVLCD, double bed / or two single beds. The second level consists of a double bedroom and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a private entrance and sea view. It is finely furnished with antique furniture and pastel colors. It has ceilings with beams and terracotta floors.
All guests can make free use of a large garden and outdoor terraces from which you can enjoy views of the sea and its fascinating sunsets. The garden is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, ideal space for relaxing, sunbathing, socializing and eating outdoors. The garden also has showers with hot water heated by solar energy, a pleasant and ecological way for daily relaxation during the summer. Inside the garden you can enjoy free, also, the barbecue, ideal for organizing an evening, cooking on the grill their favorite dishes, taking advantage of the sessions to dine in peace around the green, enjoying the cool evening air. There is a large free private parking, where you can park your car and always have an available place. Finally, in the common areas guests can freely use the WIFI and access the laundry point.

How to reach us:
CAR: If coming from the north, take the Mediterranean motorway A2 exit Cosenza Nord, take the SS. 107 for Paola. Here take the SS. 18 towards TORREMEZZO, covering it for 10 Km, shortly after the Esso petrol, on the left there is the structure; If coming from the south, take the Mediterranean motorway A2 exit Falerna, take the SS. 18 for 10 Km direction TORREMEZZO, immediately after the first junction for Torremezzo continuing for the SS. 18 on the right is the structure.
TRAIN: Paola train station - take Bus or Taxi for SS. 18 TORREMEZZO;
PLANE: Lamezia Terme -Bus airport, Taxi, Rental for SS. 18 TORREMEZZO.
Antico Casale Del Buono is just a 45-minute drive from Lamezia Terme Airport.

The structure, located in Torremezzo di Falconara Albanese (known seaside resort) in the province of Cosenza, is about 200 meters from the beach (5 minutes on foot). Surrounded by olive trees is the temple of relaxation, where you can stay without being disturbed by daily chaos. At the same time, thanks to its central position, you can reach on foot different beaches, the park and pizzerias open during the summer.
In summer Torremezzo is the ideal place for lovers of the sea and offers: beaches, playground for children, pizzerias and bars. In winter, it is the ideal place for those who want to relax and take long walks in contact with nature, breathe clean air and visit the ancient villages of Calabria. A few kilometers from the farmhouse by car you can visit the "village", that is, Falconara, characteristic village of origin arbëreshë. Attraction for visitors in addition to the churches with Byzantine icons and images is the "Castelluccio", a giant monolithic rock on the top of which is fixed a cross reached by a flight of 127 stone steps. Try the typical potato omelette and gypsy fusilli.

A few kilometers from the structure, at any time of year, it is worth visiting: Fiumefreddo Bruzio - (one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy); Serra d'Aiello (ancient Temesa) with its archaeological park and the archaeological museum "Antiquarium"; Amantea (village of Arab origin); the Sanctuary of San Francesco di Paola; Belmonte (medieval village); Cosenza, its historic center, the Stauroteca of Federico II and the various museums and the Sila, known for its nature, the National park, the food and wine and the Giants of Fallistro.
