For bike lovers, 5 minutes from the house is the Roger Lapébie bike path that connects Bordeaux to Sauveterre de Guyenne and the paths of Saint Jacques de Compostela.
The house is planted with a garden of 1200 m2, a large covered terrace with table up to 12 people, large plancha and barbecue.

At your disposal, a large kitchen, a large living room, pantry, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and dressing room.
