I was just surprised, I tough it was a hotel, i had booked 15 days, it said bathrooms and showers i did not know they were shared showers, i had to pay extra 200 pounds to adf for a tiny shower, a smelly moldy bathroom. I was going to cry the 1st night i had paid a taxi to make it there a lots of money to find myself in an isolated area, noisy, dirty carpets, the smell was terrible, i had a very hard time adjusting to deal with sharing a kitchen, no stores around my delivered groceries were expensive, the worse thing, the only day I allowed cleaning they told me to leave the room and my fathers ring he gave me before his passing 2 years ago , blue lapiz worth a lots of money dissapear , i spend so much money in a horrible place to me it was. I al so regretful i made such a big mistake NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Expedia sucks! To allow to post this missleading offers 😓 sad , DONT book , i wonder if is healthy.

Nice staff
We used this hotel as a convenient stop off for Edinburgh airport. The staff were very nice. The rooms very basic we had a shared toilet. You get what you pay for and it was ok for what we needed it for.

Decent place to stay for a night after a rugby international with our daughter. Not sure I'd want to stay longer nger than a night but comfortable, adequate and excellent value for money.

Bed bugs were irritating us and out side light was visible and irritating us could not sleep due to terrible environment overall.bathroom was very bad also we have to pay over the counter ten pounds to take a bath in a basic room.never recommend this hotel wasting of money

Was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but found lady at reception very friendly and informative.The room was clean and bed comfortable slept really well.Stayed in more expensive places but for the price and my experience i cant fault it.

Absolutely horrendous, the window didn’t shut and the sill was rotting, the shower dripped all night and wet the bedroom carpet through, toilet door didn’t shut, tv didn’t work, no mirror in bedroom, small one in shower cubicle but couldn’t use plug in hot hair brush and couldn’t fill kettle in sink.

It is HOSTEL not hotel
It is more like a Hostel with separate room than a hotel. Shared toilets(small and poor quality), shared showers, shared kitchen and no shop. No coffee or tee available, Old TV with no access to services like Netflix, TV need to be re-programmed each time is switched on...

Like a hostel but with own room
Booked for a one night stop over as we approached Falkirk without properly checking the amenities properly. There was only a wash basin in the room - the shower and toilet were shared. Wouldn’t have booked if we’d realised. As we pulled up in the car park there was someone leaning out of his window smoking weed. The car park was untidy compared to the Premier Inn next door. The tea/coffee machine in the reception was out of order. That said the staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and the bed was quite comfy. Of course it was a bargain price and it was our fault for not reading the description properly. As a one night stop over it was fine. The Chinese restaurant almost next door was very good and it was a 45 minute walk to the Kelpies.
