Everything was excellent with the exception of the noise that the very heavy doors to the roommate as people were coming back in at night the walls would shake and the noise would be like someone slamming doors. This went on for about an hour repeatedly. Otherwise the staff was wonderful the accommodations were great the breakfast was one of the best ever and they had other options for playing pool and shuffleboard they had a bar and a dining room as well as a small area at reception if you wanted drinks and snacks as well. It had a great location within walking distance of several restaurants and stores

Good location
The hotel is in a good location and was easy to find. Parking was challenging. Breakfast very good and we enjoyed drinks in the bar. Rooms are a little run down, lights burned out, etc, but we had a pretty good night's sleep. Was happy to make it to Falun and the outdoor mall area is very nice and close by.

Personal vid ankomst var trevlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet är slitet och väggarna var beklädda med gammal hederlig G135 väv. städningen hade glömts i vårt badrum från förra gästen. Frukosten var ok men bestick och porslin var väldigt dåligt diskat. Fick gå igenom många tallrikar och bestick innan man hittade något rent. de som jobbar där gjorde nog vad de kunde men nästa besök i Falun får man prova annat hotell.

Allt var bra UTOM kuddarna i sängen. Tre kuddar i sängen, en enorm och två st mycket stora och tjocka. Bra att luta sig emot när man sitter upp i sängen och t ex tittar på TV. Fullständigt värdelösa att ha som huvudkuddar när man ska sova. Alldeles för tjocka och omöjliga att vila på. Huvudet kommer i en ansträngd vinkel och ger nackspärr. Ett råd; skaffa åtminstone en tunn kudde per säng.

Vi har bott på hotellet flera gånger och allt har varit bra. Denna gång var inte rummet riktig klart när vi kom till rummet efter incheckning. Vid frukosten fungerade inte påfyllning av mat bra. Upolevde att personalen hade riktigt koll.

Trevligt hotell. Fult hus men vackert inomhus. Mysig stämning. Fantastisk resturang o bar som tyvärr inte är öppen söndag. Saknar vattenkokare på rummet och frukosten kunde vara mer varierad.
