The front desk staff, along with the amazing tech guy who came quickly to fix our tv were both friendly and efficient. The fantastic personnel running the ENTIRE breakfast area from stocking, replenishing and cleaning all the while politely dealing with rude and unruly guests and wild children deserves a massive raise because I am sure she is not paid what she is worth. The mirror in our room had not been cleaned from the greasy fingerprints left behind. The beds were clean and comfy. The pullout couch as expected, was ok for 1 night. Overall not bad but not accurate with 9.5 rating.
