First of all, if you are staying here for the pool the first thing yo know is that the pool water is not very clean and the pool area is not warm enough during winter, it was a nightmare walking from the pool all the way to our room because the hotel was too cold and members of my family got sick because of that, room was clean and nice

Not updated rooms, the bathroom door doesn’t open all the way because it hits the toilet, which wasn’t bolted down, room and hallways were kind of dirty, and a horrible stench in the hallways, the restaurant was wonderful!

We stayed one night on our way to main destination and one night on the way back. First room absolutely stank of sewer and mold. Changed the room and it was just slightly better. On our way back , they had 5 hockey teams, one wrestling team staying at the hotel. The pool area was like a zoo with rude and super noisy kids running around, to the point that I thought my kids will get hurt. Staff did nothing to control how many people were in the pool, or to control the noise. Adults were in the hallway telling their heads off at 9:30 pm, banging on the doors, reeking of alcohol. The room stank again, and since we were closer to an entrance, all night we were delighted by smelling cigarette smoke of people getting in and out. The staff told us “quiet time” started at 10 pm, but they absolutely did nothing to control the situation.

We stayed for 5 days. The pool did not have heat for the first 4 so it was like swimming in a cold drink. the 2nd and 3rd day the shower had no heat. This was fixed by the 5th day. The staff were originally not aware but after they were made aware they communicated with us.

Horrible New Year’s Eve

The stay was horrible. The pool is ice cold, kids are running down the hallway, we stayed on the second floor and get no sleep because people are setting fireworks and screaming all night long
