Honestly, there is absolutely nothing to fault this place. Every detail is thought of, the design of the whole hotel is gorgeous, food exceptional and staff so friendly and helpful. The worst bit...leaving... And potentially ruining any future hotel experience because this place sets the bar v high!

Simple the best hotel we have ever stayed in. And we have been fortunate to stay around the world in many. Absolutely every single thing about our stay was perfect, the staff were so kind and friendly, the location in on pedestrian road so no traffic but still absolutely central. The breakfast had everything you could ever want and the incredible room. Well done to you all. And to mention Alice Santos as a staff member who was outstanding.

Great location and friendly staff
The location of this hotel was great. It’s a few steps to the shops and restaurants. Easy to find parking near the hotel. Short walk to all attractions. Breakfast was awesome. There was a breakfast buffet and à la cart (included with my stay). The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel was amazing The rooms out of this world Breakfast really good Only negative was the room we were given had a horrible outlook and last time I stayed I looked out onto a lemon tree When booking a taxi we were not advised it was going to be double the price and had some deal with the hotel!!! The hotel should of said we can book you a taxi but it will be this price ( which was double) very naughty and frustrating

It was absolutely the quietest room and most comfy beds ever. Usually you hear doors closing people talking, etc. The whole vibe, which is my absolute favourite is Zen. You won’t be disappointed. Breakfast buffet had everything for everyone.
