Central, modern, small hotel
We have stayed at this lovely little place before and gave it a 5-star review. This time was slightly more disappointing but only for one reason. The room was on the 2nd floor and had twin beds with an ensuite shower room. There were clean towels along with soap and shampoo. The air conditioning was very effective. However, there was an odour in the room as if someone had smoked in it. The location is very central and just a few minutes walk from the marina and plenty of local restaurants.

The room was very clean and ready when we arrived. There was a cute balcony. The common area had coffee and small snacks. The shared spaces were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. Quick and easy check in/check out process. Good value all around.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Happy House Faro recently. The location was excellent for everything we needed, and the hotel itself was super clean, very comfortable and inviting, and felt very safe. It had such a home from home feeling with it's friendly staff and thoughtful touches like a kitchen area to make hot drinks and biscuits. The outdoor terrace was also a beautiful place to sit any time of day and relax. We loved everything about this place and would happily recommend to anyone staying in Faro. You will not be disappointed! The value of this place is outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

We loved the location of the Happy House; it’s tucked away close to the center of the old town. Olga was very helpful by calling a taxi for us , to leave at 4;30. In the morning. It’s an ideal place for the active tourist. It’s small But has it all.

Great place to stay in Faro
I really enjoyed staying at Happy House. It's really handy to have the communal kitchen. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was a nice guest house not too far from the centre of Faro. Nicely decorated with a kitchen but no breakfast options. The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful

I dont know why this does not jave a hogher rating. It is beautifully finished inside. 2 or 3 decks. Quiet. AC. Nice kitchen set up. An unexpected nice surprise
