My room wasn't cleaned for my Thursday - Sunday stay. The second day we were packing up to leave the room for a bit and asked her to give us a minute. I still went downstairs to request a full service clean. We didn't get back until 9:30pm and it wasn't cleaned. The front desk person tried to give points for the stay but since I booked through expedia, nothing. Very frustrating since I paid a premium of over $300/night for a $90/night hotel because of parent's weekend. We were trying it out because we usually stay at the Graduate but will not return. Very disappointing. The desk staff did try to be helpful and were nice.

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear what everyone around you is doing/watching on tv. That said, the room was clean and the appliances are new. A good value for the money.

Clean, nice staff, great location, good parking access and walkable to Walmart or various fast food. Beds and linens were very comfy. I probably wouldn’t stay here for extended days being the rooms are quite small but they suit us perfectly when visiting our kids. Decent hotel breakfast!

Hotel was very clean in the entry and well kept. Room was cozy and clean. Shower needed to have caulking replaced as it showed mold. Overall a great stay.
