I think this hotel was recently renovated. The room was clean and I liked that it didn’t have carpeting. The fridge was big compared to most with a freezer to put our freezer packs. That was great. The beds were comfortable but my bed had a very loud creek. (Very loud) They might want to see if it needs adjustment in the set up.

Deluxe Inn: Still Delivers Great Value

It’s been over a year since I’ve stayed there, but same level of very clean & tidy room as always plus good service at check-in/check-out. No outlets close by the desk to charge electronics but that is very minor—everything else as good as usual. Very friendly greeting upon check-in.

Nasty place. Nastier owner.

Don't believe the reviews. This place is foul. We checked in and I was asked for my credit card to pay for the room. I told them that I paid for the room with a gift card on Hotels.com when I booked and was told that they had no record of that. It was late and I figured I would follow-up on that when we reached Florida. The room smelled musty when we opened the door. The bathroom smelled heavily like mildew. The chairs were stained, so I put towels over them since I didn't want my cat (an orange tabby-but I will get to that later) on the dirty chairs. Got into bed and covered my feet and started reading. After a bit, I had to get up and go to the bathroom. When I pulled my feet out of the covers, out came a decent amount of what something black and fuzzy. My husband got up to check it out and we found black fuzzies and 2 bugs that resembled ticks. Called the owner. He came to the room and was incredibly nasty, told me it was fuzz from my clothes and that there is no reason to not sleep there. I told him that I wanted a refund because we were going to leave. He flat out refused. My husband asked if there was another room available. He said he had 1 double room but we would need to pay the difference (we had a queen room). He then tried to blame it on my cat (again, orange tabby) who wasn't even ever on or in the bed. Asked again for a refund. Screamed at us "NO REFUNDS". Apparently this place is known to have a bad reputation with the locals. Stay far away!

There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The morning of checkout my card was deactivated before we checked out so i was nable to get back in the room to make sure we had everything after loadinghe car. Check in was fine and she was very friendly.
