Loud tenants down the hall past 4am. Room was dirty and nothing like the room reflected in their website. Renovations to the entire hotel are way overdue.

Horrible!!!!!!!!
Our first night there the bed smelled so bad. We were given sheets to put on the bed OURSELVES. We requested another room and were quickly accommodated. The room wasn’t clean. I laid a towel down in the tub because I didn’t want my bare feet on it. The beds in both rooms were extremely uncomfortable. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. It’s within the same tier as a crappy motel. Being charged $250 a night for what could be considered a by the hour motel.

Due to a high volume & sale out weekend, we had to book what was available. It's an old property that needs updates. Didn't feel comfortable or safe. Probably won't stay here again.

I was charged twice for my stay. Charged twice for a deposit. Refunded one deposit. Called the hotel and was told I have to call back between 12-2pm when the manager will be there to try to get the charges corrected. So now I responsible to take the time to out of my workday to try to recoup a fraudulent charge. Not sure how many people have been ripped off and overcharged by this hotel claiming system problems. I do not like how high the pet fee is. Plus i had to pay deposit instantly but they stated it would take 5-7 days to get it back I didn't realize rooms were full size beds not queen. Staff was polite.

This the worst place I’ve stayed in years the sink would not drain,commode seat falling off the bed squeaked and was wore out the carpet was filthy the breakfast was uneatable but if you are looking for a date you are in luck undoubtedly they let a call Girl stay there or at least stay out front smoking!!will definitely not stay there regardless of price!!

Did not feel my room was clean. The floor was disgustingly dirty, the bathroom sink was dirty and would not drain. The bathtub and shower area was dirty and the tub would not drain. There were spiders and bugs in the bathroom. The freezer in the little fridge had something explode and froze all over it and was iced up all over. Didn't have enough breakfast rolls Saturday and Sunday for the guests and put breakfast cereal and milk away early on Monday.

Very disappointed
The hotel lobby and hallway smelled horrible. The tv didn’t work when we arrived. Couldn’t call front desk because the phone was broken. The towels had stains that made them look dirty. No cleaning and we were not told there wouldn’t be housekeeping so we had to go get fresh towels the 2nd day. Very loud noise most of the night but of course we had no phone to call the front desk. Will never stay here again.

The inside of facility is nothing like the online pictures. Frog in foyer, chunks of chips and other debris on stairway, questionable stains on bed sheets, crumbs and stains in recliner, window screen torn, smudges on mirror, blood like stain on lampshade. I could go on. We were offered another room but wouldn’t stay. They charged our card anyway. All around horrible experience.

Pretty rough

Excellent 3 Night Stay
I was concerned after reading the reviews. I was traveling with my daughter. Our stay was great!! Our room was clean. It is an older hotel. The hotel is under going renovations. For the price, you can’t beat it!! Our room had been updated. The location was easily accessible. Overall I give it 4 out of 5. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would stay here again.
