The property is spread across three floors, featuring three living rooms, four bedrooms (each with a wardrobe), and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there’s a living room with large glass windows and satellite TV, a second living room with a dining area, a gas-equipped kitchen in traditional Mallorcan style, and a bathroom with a shower. Three of the four bedrooms are on this floor: one with a double bed, and two with twin beds. Two bedrooms open to a furnished terrace. A cot and high chair are provided for families with babies. Upstairs, an additional living room with TV offers privacy, along with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower level, an independent laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Ceiling fans are provided in the dining room and bedrooms. Portocolom, with its charming old fisherman's port and historic church, offers a mix of traditional and modern areas. The town has sandy beaches, coves, and plenty of dining and entertainment options. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy golf at Vall d'Or Golf in nearby S’Horta.
