Nice hotel with basic amenities.
Only there for one night. Room was good, although it was the first time in a while in a Queen size bed -- we normally use King. Only 3 pillows for the two of us, so one sat in a chair to read while the other lounged on the bed. We did have a family overhead with foot stomps while kids were running back and forth, but otherwise the room was quiet (no major street noise). Quiet residential neighborhood. Amenities were okay, basic but complete. Breakfast was good -- waffles were the best part, and coffee was good, but strong. Would definitely stay there again, if a King bed was available.

Facility is a little dated and room smelled like someone had smoked in it at one point. Also, there is no elevator so had to haul bags up and down stairs to 2nd floor room.

It was not a good stay. The reason for it not being a good stay is because a group of people/family partied in the lobby from at least 11p (that is when voices woke me up) until at least 3:15a (I feel back asleep sometime between 3:30 & 4a). I just don’t understand why the front desk person didn’t ask them to quiet down. And no I did not call the desk. They were in the breakfast area, glad they had a good time….

Drinking water problem.
The drinking water in Fostoria and the hotel was terrible. It had an awful taste. Even the water in the juice fountain had an odd taste. I believe there should be bottled water available for customers - low cost or free-. I could 't take pills with it, or mame tea or coffee. People in town said it was because of the filtering process used in the town. Maybe the EPA should be notified so action can be taken to improve the system.
