The staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable, great views, Walmart, Cracker Barrel, Denny's, Filibertos, McDonald's, Northern Pines all walking distance. The price is also very reasonable, great spot!

Management terrible at studio six in Flagstaff.

Studio six in Flagstaff has nightmare management. There was major accident on the I 17 which then led to the highway being closed for six hours. I was unable to make it to my trip to meet the people at appropriate time. I called hotel.com. They were willing to refund my money, but the hotel itself said absolutely not The manager/owner that I spoke to was extremely rude. was not accommodating and offered no solutions not even he said I could just show up late. I was supposed to meet my family for something at 5 pm with the highway being closed that was not gonna happen. it’s just sad that he wasn’t willing to help. It was so disrespectful.

This hotel is okay if you’re not looking for quality. The room wasn’t very clean, towels had hair all over them, pet hair on the couch, and the floors were a little dirty. Not to mention the walls are VERY thin. I could hear my neighbors as if they were in the same room as us. Check in/out staff was friendly, but housekeeping came knocking on our door 10 minutes before checkout and wouldn’t leave until my husband opened the door and told them we would be out of the room as soon as I was dressed. Which normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but the woman kept knocking despite us shouting through the door that I wasn’t dressed and we would be out shortly. I literally had to go into the bathroom so my husband could open the door and tell her we would be out by checkout. Just a little disappointed because the price is high for this kind of experience.

The management has decidedly worked hard at making the room updated and clean. However the couch was filthy and had burn marks. The noise level was horrid. The additional $50 fee was obnoxious and the 3-5 day refund is outrageous!

My husband & i have stayed here twice. It's a decent choice for the price. The kitchenettes are always a great thing when we've stayed & traveled here for several days. BUT the only downside is that the little stove things only work with certain type of pans. You DO have to bring in your own supplies in order to cook in your room. Theyre not provided. The floor was dirty cos my husband walked around barefoot & the bottom of his feet were dirty & dark. The beds really do suck. They're as if you were sleeping on the ground, except for some reason the ground would be more comfortable. The towels that we had were stained & dirty. They no longer provide a basic soap & shampoo like they used to. In the room we stayed in, the fridge kept making a lot of noice to the point it kept me up. The front desk gentleman was helpful when we were trying to check in. He was cordial as well. I love that we can bring our dog here even at an extra fee. Overall, they can definitely make some improvements for the property. But its still a place wed stay at if we were traveling with our dog. Remember, youre paying for a hotel 6 chain. Its not a Hilton. Dont complain for nuance things.

Check-in and out was easy. The staff were nice, BUT trying to get housekeeping...nope. I stayed 7 days and requested housekeeping on day 3. I spoke to 3 housekeepers, the front desk, and even the tele-guy upfront (its a kiosk thing where he assists from a remote location). Everybody seemed lost, like I was asking something new. I don't mind cleaning up, but it's not like I carry cleaning products and mops and brroms around. Checked out today (after 7 days) and not one time did housekeeping ever show up. Also, the room had a little stove and microwave, but no pots/pans/utensils. When I inquired, I was given one pan. Not really sure what I was supposed to do with that. I will say, they were good about providing me trash bags, so I could at least take out the trash. But when I asked for more toilet paper (after 4 days and only had 2 small rolls to begin with) I was given the 3rd degree about how many people were staying in the room.
