Great Host
Lovely room in a great location. The host was perfect and sorted an issue we had right away with great communication. Only issue we had was that the corridor was quite noisy so we could hear other guests check out quite early one morning. I’d still recommend this place despite this.

Check in process was very easy and convenient. We were able to check in early which we really appreciated. This residence was located close to the train which was very convenient, and in good walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We stayed in room 4, and our only complaint is that the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, would highly recommend this residence.

The coffee tea and water were given for free which was wonderful. The place was very clean and in a great location. They let us keep our luggage after check out in the shared space as well.

Great Family Friendly Room
Was tricky to find but once we got connected with staff they were very helpful. WhatsApp is their way of communicating so be on the lookout for a message from them. Room was great for a family of four with an awesome shower.

1. Very dangerous and steep stairs. Not ideal for tourists. 2. Check-out too early compared to other hospitalities. 3. Dirty. Hair found on multiple pillows. 4. Noisy. Can hear neighbors talking.

Perfect size room for a family of 4. Bathroom is well maintaned and clean. Beds are comfy. Close to the center. Only issue was that the bunk bed stairs were not fixed and was wobbly. Our 10 year old managed with some assistance but definetely not suitable for a young child.

Our room at Artemide Guesthouse was very modern and clean. It was very quiet considering how close it is to the train station, Mercato Centrale and the Duomo. The staff was very responsive via What’s App. This was a perfect location!

Good place to stay for solo travellers or couple. Clean (my personal priority), affordable and close to popular museums and monuments. Staff available via text message 24/7 …and they don’t charge you for water bottles (2)!
