I loved that this property was close to all the major museums. There are lots of dining/shopping options near by. The room was a good size and was very clean. Kate was welcoming and provided great info on places to visit. As a solo traveler The only thing I didn’t like and I don’t think I noticed on the website is there’s no front desk service provided after hours. After 4 or 5 pm I believe if anything is needed you have to call for assistance. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, I think it would be great if those details could be added on the website. While I felt safe, the hotel is in a secluded alley, I think it would be a bonus if there was at least one staff in the front especially late at night. The other issue was there was a weird cracking sound coming from the roof of my room. It was almost all night which made it hard to sleep. I called to report it and didn’t hear back from reception. Overall the value for the room was great, decor was pretty, but I wouldn’t stay there again for the issues I mentioned above.

Fantastic location in quiet alley right behind Galleria degli Uffici. Multiple options for casual dining as well as fancier cuisine. Building conversion nicely done, with high ceiling and spacious bathroom with good facilities.

The accommodation was good quality and there was attention to detail. There was good coffee, fridge ,water. The toiletries were nice too. I liked the space and really lovely the bathroom. Decor was attractive and the whole place was looked after. It was in a great area, close to the river with easy access to museums. On the negative side, the bed was hard but with nice bedding. There were very noisy guests on one night above us. Otherwise fairly quiet and pleasant.

Location is excellent - right next to Uffizi, you walk out of the hotel and you're minutes from the river, squares, shopping and restaurants. Room was perfect for what we were looking for, clean and safe and large enough to not feel cramped. Would definitely recommend for those that are looking for nice, safe accommodations central to all Firenze has to offer.

The staff were lovely, the location was great. The only negatives was there was a slight sewer smell and my room had a lot of flies despite me never having the window open. But all in all, I would definitely recommend it. The room was nice.

Perfect place to stay while on a short stay in Florence. It’s very conveniently located to all the touristy sites including the most famous sandwich shop in the world! Staff were great and very helpful too!
