Front desk agent was very nice however this hotel is very dirty, and unkept. It seems like they don't have anyone maintaining the grounds or regular cleaning of the inside of the hotel. The front lobby floor is very dirty. Floors, walls, and furniture needs to be professionally cleaned. Upon leaving the elevator floor had a huge spill on it with a wet floor sign instead of it being mopped up. The rooms aren't cleaned well at all. The bathroom floors are extremely dirty especially the grout lines. Carpets are full of spills and spots. The rooms have a funky smell due to the AC units not being on consistently. The staff was nice, but they obviously need more staff and a company to come in to help it get to a standard of clean that is acceptable. If I would have seen the real photos showing the current condition of the property vs the nice photos on Expedia, I would have stayed elsewhere.

There were wasps in the ceiling right when you get off the elevator (I'm allergic). My husband had to kill them. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. We had no hot water. The lock on the door was messed up on my friend's room, so someone had to come let them in everytime they left the room. There was no fridge or microwave in our room. I've stayed here on two other occasion and enjoyed it. I won't be returning though. Ice machines on every floor were broken.

The room itself was clean, very spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel floor hallways were a little dirty, the ice machine didn’t work and the lobby furniture was a little beat up. However, the hotel front desk staff (Savannah) was very friendly, and especially the lady keeping up with the morning breakfast. Would stay here again if I was passing through town. The rate was reasonable in relation to the quality of the hotel.

Mid-century motor court-style with flair
This is a cool mid-century hotel complete with bar. We loved it. Rooms were comfortable and updated if a little worn out. (We had to hold the toilet handle until the entire flush had gone down, sliding door was broken, etc.) We generally stay in budget hotels and are used to small things being broken or worn, so that was no surprise. Fridge and microwave worked and were clean, beds were comfy, air conditioning was functional. We loved it and will stay here again. Great value, fun vibe.

First, the beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast was adequate - hot foods and cold available, so better than just juice and donuts. But the toilet kept running and essentially flushing itself every 15 minutes or so. I had barely lukewarm water for my shower. The fridge didn't keep anything cool. Our first morning, there was no one around the breakfast area to help with anything. The second morning a sweet older lady was there and offered us a high chair and other sundries. But there were no high chairs just out and available. They were in a back "staff only" room. For the price point (under $100 per night) for two queen beds, it was decent enough. If you can spend more than $100 per night though, I'd go elsewhere

Staff was good. The room A/C barely worked. The toilet ran all night long the water didn’t get hot enough. And for the price it should be a refrigerator in the room to keep your drinks or food in.

Nice stay on a budget
The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is my room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. That’s probably my fault for not checking close enough. Room was clean but the bed linens had a few old stains.
