This property was absolutely fabulous and what I loved the most is the atmosphere of peace and privacy. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The staff here is amazing! The front desk was super accommodating. I got massages at the spa that were so luxurious. The rooftop hotel had amazing drinks with a gorgeous view of golden hour. Would absolutely recommend. Location was amazing.

Outstanding Hotel
Although I was only in Florence for two nights, I was extremely impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the staff of the hotel. I was treated like royalty. The hotel is in an excellent location by the Ponte Vecchio bridge and has a very nice rooftop terrace that's perfect for snacks and drinks. I was able to walk everywhere and felt very safe, even after dark. I highly recommend this hotel!!
