I had a very disappointing stay at this Days Inn. Upon entering the room, I found a dead cockroach on the bed, which was unacceptable. The toilet flush system was not working, so I requested a room change. However, the second room was also in very poor condition—there was a lot of dust everywhere and a strong bad smell. I checked in around midnight after a long drive and heavy traffic, so I had no real option but to stay despite the conditions. To make matters worse, the room service phone was not working, forcing me to walk to the front desk multiple times. Although the reservation was for 4 people, the room had amenities for only 2 guests, including towels. I had to personally go to the front desk to request additional towels. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Breakfast items were already finished, the pancake batter was not refilled, and no cutlery was available. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service at this property were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Well the 1st issue was when you arrive at this location, you would think after being in the road for 9 hrs you would be greeted at the lobby at a front desk. Nope not the case, you are at a drive through window, where the staff at the time didn’t make eye contact with you, nor did she care that it was cold and there was a line. She was warm inside a building. Then they gave out a room where another weary tired traveler thought he was going to rest but to his surprise when he opened the door to the room he was given, he was greeted by a barking dog. Then the toilet had issues, they give you different rates when you get there then that are on line. Unless you are checking in during the daytime or you don’t mind a drive through experience, avoid this hotel. There are way better establishments in the area. If I wasn’t so tired I would have drove the extra 5 miles down the road to the other location.

Air conditioning was hard to configure. Some rooms were dirty and smelly. The floor in our room was dirty and tacky. Breakfast could have more variety like eggs and sausages would have been nice. Could not make a toast either. The only hot item was waffles.

First, I was given a key to someone else’s room. I startled the poor person late at night. Fortunately, He had his lock on the door so it didn’t open. We had to drive back to the front desk and get another room. It was late at night and all we wanted was to sleep. The guy from the room we were originally given was outside of his room pacing near the staircase wearing a ski mask. I guess ready to attack whoever was at his door. Not sure if he saw our faces but that mistake by the front clerk could have cost us our lives. We were then given a room two doors down from that guy. Didn’t get much sleep thinking he was gonna do something to us or our car. The room had only one working lamp and the light by the bathroom. There were two roaches just hanging out by the bathroom counter. We killed them and then used plastic cups to cover the sink drain and the tub drain in case they were coming in thru there. I immediately wanted my money back and would have preferred to sleep in my car. But I didn’t choose the refundable option. The cheap rate is NOT worth it. Splurge on a better hotel. Also we only had two towels for a family of four. Overall, NOT worth it. We gladly checked out by 7:15am and got outta there.

We found toalet paper with paper holder on the floor in the bathroom and old dirty sucks with 2 cigarettes buts on top of the AC/heater. This was not somoking Room. In general room was clean and warm. Breakfast was OK. We only stayed for one night.
