Stay was an oversight, because of an event. I'm a simple person. Only problem was the toilet would not flush properly. So filled the waste basket and used it to flush. Was not bothered about it. If It had been a longer stay i would have requested service from maintenance. Any way s#it happens still a wonderful properly.

The staff seem to not care about the customers. Asking for something will appear to inconvenience staff. Upon checking in I was double charged for the incidental fee. The room was big but the carpet felt old and dirty. Inside the refrigerator was disgusting. The shower had buildup and was dirty. Parking can be horrible at times.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. When I entered my room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was urine and hair on the toilet, the sink had hair and the floors were filthy. There was sticky rings on the night stands. The lobby tables were also greasy and not wiped. The attendant changed our room and apologized, however it was a hassle to grab all my belongings to go back downstairs to get a room change.
