I loved the location of this hotel and we only stayed one night, but the person who checked us in and out was incredibly friendly! The room was very clean and we heard the bells! What a treat with the coffee machine in the morning, wow! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a unique & very cute boutique hotel. 15 minutes walk from train & we walk slow. Walk out the hotel door of the hotel & everything is right there. They clean the room everyday. We used our phones to access the property & our room. There is a small elevator, the actual hotel is on the second floor. 4 small flights of steps if you don’t take the elevator. The hotel lobby sells drinks, the hotel gave us free snacks & drinks upon arrival. Staff was super friendly & helpful. I would stay there again.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel! The best location within minutes/seconds from the main visit points. Oh! And the rooms are left beyond CLEAN smelling AMAZING! (rare to find here in Italy - is not my first time visiting). Also, it is only about 7-10 minutes walk from the train station. Lastly, extremely safe and you are in the middle of everything!!!!!

The hotel was close to everything and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room, however, left a bit to be desired. The air conditioning didn't work very well and the room was small. But overall, it's a good value for the money.

We had a fantastic experience. Andrea and the rest of the staff were responsive and cordial. The location was ideal for our stay. We wanted to see the Uffizi and David and the other major sites, and it was within walking distance to all of them.
