Great hotel in a fantastic location to explore much of downtown Florence. The only negative to our experience was that our hotel room door would not lock every time. We would come back here again.

Wonderful stay in Florence
We had a very pleasant stay at Il Guelfo Bianca. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and transportation in Florence, where there are restrictions on vehicles driving through the historic district of the city. The breakfast that was included were excellent.

Smashing Central Florence hotel.
Excellent central Florence hotel, bit of confusion at the front desk when they asked me to pay for the room again, but soon sorted out. Lovely room, excellent staff.

This boutique hotel was very nice, clean and centrally located in the city. You can walk to most of the attractions in the area. We even walked back to the train station after checking out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good also. Would stay there again.

The property was so very unique. It was as if you were living in ancient times with all the modern amenities. The rooms were large, spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was included and very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Il Guelfo Bianco has been my favourite hotel in our tour of Italy.

This property is 3 blocks from the Duomo. The air conditioning is great, actually had to turn it down at one point. Breakfast was good. Would stay again

This location was prime for key sites and is within walking distance to everything else! Without being in the center of the chaos, this hotel allowed for quiet time away from the crowds and noise, so it is a great option for both. Breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and cool.

Fun stay in Florence
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was a good size, but the price was hard to beat in the area. The hotel has 24/7 reception and the lovely woman who welcomed was very willing to accommodate us throughout our five-day stay. The hotel is centrally located and in a very good and not too loud of a location. The breakfast had a variety of options, but didn’t really impress us.

The breakfast is very good, and the location is convenient. Staff was helpful. Unfortunately the beds are not comfortable (too firm for us) and the bathroom light made a loud noise. It served the purpose but I would not stay here again.

This hotel was so lovely! Super convenient location to most landmarks and only 10 min away from the train station! The hotel its self was very clean and also very pretty! The double windows also blocked out most street noise. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!
